Yes to Kombucha

I, and two other lovely ladies, presented a workshop to our up and coming doctors in Hobart last week. LT from Avocado Moon demonstrated her amazing Kombucha, Gemma from UTas talked about the business aspects of fermented foods in Tassie and I talked about the health benefits of fermented foods and drinks. The students loved it and we had a great time.

This was a wonderful opportunity to get some gut health information out there to our doctors of the future. Everyone had a taste of kombucha and loved it as did I. The chilli one was my favourite. Just another great way to add diversity to your diet and give your gut a boost at the same time.
