Here's a meals that I made last week. It was an accident really but I managed to get in 15 different types of wholefoods into this meal. How?
The brown rice had a mix of grains in it (6 different wholefoods), plus carrot and kale (using up some veggies), the meatballs had oats, garlic, onion, egg and they were rolled in kfibre and ground flaxseeds.
Don’t forget that you can freeze cooked rice and use it later-great time saver. Kfibre and ground flaxeed seeds have a great amount of fibre in them, as well as other nutrients, so use them instead of flour or mix them with flour.
