I have a habit of making Sunday my 'what food/meals can I get ready for the week day'. I made a granola today so that my gut can have a different breakfast this week. This granola is so easy and quick to make. I don't like to spend hours in the kitchen especially in summer so the quicker the better. This granola is full of fibre and prebiotics for your gut. It's also tasty and you can use it as a snack with yoghurt or you can throw it on top of a salad if you want. You could also use it just as a snack with your morning coffee or tea.
