How much resistant starch are you eating?

I talk about resistant starch all the time and I’m sure my clients are sick of hearing about it …..but it is one of the best fibres to keep your gut healthy. Your gut bugs love this stuff as they use it to produce products that look after your health.


Resistant starch comes from Kfibre, cooked and cooled starchy foods, legumes and beans and so much more. Thrown some lentils or beans in your salads and curries. Make an exceptional potato salad (but make sure the potato is cooked and cooled before you make it) and give it to everyone.
