Have you ever heard of Shirataki noodles?

Have you ever heard of Shirataki noodles? They are very filling but low in calories/kj. What they are high in is a fibre called glucomannan which is considered to be a prebiotic and has been found to be helpful for weight loss among other health aras. The glucomannan fibre comes form the root of the Kojac (or elephant root) and is often made into rice or noodles.
