Have you ever had sweet and sour meatballs?

I'm always trying to find new recipes for good gut health and my lovely mother in law gave me this sweet and sour meatball recipe the other day so I thought I'd give it a gut health twist and give it a try.

I've added in more garlic, thrown in some kfibre and prebiotic fibre ( where the flour is, added brown rice and some extra greens.

You could even make this with chickpeas, lentils or your favourite wholegrain instead of meat. Beautiful! Give it a try. You can find the recipe here:
