Gut Problems with Legumes?

A lot of people have gut problems when they eat legumes like chick peas, lentils, black beans, kidney beans etc. Because of the issues these foods give us we avoid them but we shouldn't because they have so many nutrients that are great for our gut. One of those nutrients is GOS or galactooligosaccharides which are a prebiotic and feed your gut bugs.

So what can you do about it?

I've been experimenting on myself with different enzymes because I love legumes but they don't love me. I've found a great enzyme that takes away all the issues I used to get by eating legumes and I am very happy with them. They are plant-based enzymes called bean-assist and they certainly do assist.

Check them out here: https://au.iherb.com/pr/Enzymedica-BeanAssist-30-Capsules/74609?gclid=EAIaIQobChMItrmNj-ql6QIVx2kqCh182wf9EAQYASABEgKZG_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I have one before, during and after my meal and have no problems anymore. I used to avoid having Mexican meals or vegetarian meals with beans because of the gut issues afterwards but now I don't have to worry. Give them a go if you've been like me (no pun intended)........
