Today I picked a new lot of veggies out of my garden and what a bit overwhelmed by the large amount of produce I had. So, I thought why not do a bit of fermenting. Last week I paid $13 for a jar of my favourite fermented beetroot (which I feel a little bit guilty from) so now I'll make my own. Give it a go yourself. It's not too hard, just find a great recipe and follow it. The bugs do all the work for you!
