Pasta is a hard thing change in someone's diet who wants to lose weight. If that's you, the best thing to do is to try all the new legume, brown rice, quinoa etc pastas (and there's a lot of them so it will take time :)) and see which one you like. They are all different so look for those that have more than 4g of fibre per 100g and those that have more than 7g of protein per 100g. Enjoy!
