I get bored with eggs sometimes. I love them but can't think what to do apart from scrambled, fried, etc etc.
Then I saw this recipe and my taste buds got a bit excited again.
Eggs are great for us. They have ~7g of protein, only 75 calories (~313kj) and numerous vitamins, minerals and carotenoids. Carotenoids are a fat soluble compound so luckily eggs have around 5g of fat too. A good all-rounder the egg!
