Beans and Bugs
I'm always searching for the best products to add more prebiotic fibre and fibre in general to dishes for myself and my clients. This product is fantastic. I don't promote brands but these beans taste better than the usual 4 bean mix and have a heap of fibre and nutrients in them. If you have a FODMAP issue these will have less FODMAPs in them so give them a go. Go easy to start with if you do have a problem with beans/legumes but this don't seem to have as many side effects as others I've tried.
Your gut bugs will love these as they are full of prebiotic fibre and will also keep you regular. Remember that if you are increasing the fibre in your diet to increase the amount of water you drink so you don't get constipated.
