Having a healthy snack around can save you from eating something else that you know isn’t great for you. It’s a good idea to create something that you know is great and good for your gut. You need a snack full of antioxidants, fibre, vitamins and minerals so here’s one that I make.
All you need is a couple of tablespoons of each (but only 1 tablespoon of the goji berries if any-read the precautions) of these and store them in a container for easy reach. If you don’t like something in this mix then change it.
You can also put this on top of cereal, in a smoothie or just in some yoghurt for a sweet treat. It's so easy to change it around and mix it up to suit your taste each week. Just a couple of mouthfuls of this mix would keep your bugs happy.
